Paul Coker arrives in Walford

Paul Coker makes his on-screen EastEnders debut next week, as he causes a stir with other Albert Square residents.

In scenes set to air next week, Pam (Link Blakley) and Les Coker (Roger Sloman) decide to invite their grandson Paul, played by newcomer Jonny Labey, to help them celebrate the funeral parlour’s centenary.

However, unbeknownst to them, Paul is already in Albert Square and has made an impression on Lola (Danielle Harold) when he sends her flying to the ground by accident with his rucksack in front of Blades Salon.

Ben Mitchell (Harry Reid) then has a go at Paul for knocking Lola down-setting the stage for what is rumoured to be Walford’s newest summer romance!

EastEnders airs these scenes Monday, 1st June 2015 at 8pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
